A comfortable and well equipped bungalow clean and sparkly on arrival, they leave a welcome basket of scones, jam and cream also some tea, milk and coffee which is a lovely gesture. There's a nice little garden area with bbq, pizza oven and seating with cushions. There is a storage box with some beach things and extra bits for the bbq. A small stream runs across the back but is well fenced off. It's a rural setting so you need to travel for supplies , nearest village about 5miles. Excellent for visiting Boscastle, Tintagel , Port Issac and the beaches at Rock and Padstow. There is a tennis court and a table tennis table to use as well. Parking is in a numbered bay in parking area a small walk from the property.

Needs hand rail on front & back doors also in shower. Condensation runming down doors in back bedroom over nihht with no ventilation to open. Only cold water for our last 2 days .

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. Great garden with river Inny babbling away. Local amenities not brilliant, but nice area to drive around in and local to several holiday destinations.

We enjoyed our stay,central for moors and sea, a real home from home everything you need there's a good shed on site with games,puzzles and books also a tennis court for your use. We would recommend it.

I dont think there are enough words of praise to give this cottage and their hosts. On arrival we were greeted by a stunningly clean and welcoming cottage. A surprise welcome pack for cornish tea. Carole & Garry were amazingly attentive during our stay. Now the garden/patio...if you like wildlife, birds, peace and tranquility. This is the place for you! This perfect cottage, with amazing hosts and amazing attention to detail, I will be back over and over again.It's quiet, the cottages all around are also holiday let's so be mindful that people can be quite noisy. However this wasn't a problem for us.I would also say that it's mostly people over 30 ish, you are rural and you need to drive to go to places. The welcome folder that Carole & Garry put together was incredibly informative.Thank you for an amazing and unforgettable holiday. We are booking again!
