About

Immaculately presented with bohemian styling, luxurious design features and incredible sea views, this Cornish beach house is yours for a truly unforgettable coastal escape. Situated right by the sea, the property enjoys far-reaching seascapes from the decking and through impressive picture windows and offers private access to the beach directly from the garden. The holiday home is a destination for six guests, dog-friendly as well, inviting friends or family groups to explore the never-ending beauty of South Cornwall with a spectacular base to look forward to returning to day after day. It’s a multi-generational spot, with an exciting basement games room that younger guests will love.

A dynamic, open-plan space awaits on the property’s ground floor, flooded with natural light thanks to large windows and creating an incredibly appealing space to unwind. With meals prepped in the chef-approved kitchen, sit and dine either at the breakfast bar or in the spacious dining area. You can also step out via bi-fold doors and dine on the decking with uninterrupted sea views. Three exceptional bedrooms (2 super king size and 1 twin), each with its own Smart TV, complete this floor. Stairs lead down to the basement where you will find the games room.

With the beach mere metres away, you can enjoy basking in the sunshine, swimming in the sea and ball games on the sand within easy reach of home. Along the coastline, the seaside gem of Looe awaits just 5 miles away. This appealing town is a real tourist trap with incredible restaurants and shops gently sloping towards the suntrap beaches. On the edge of town, The Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (3 miles) is a must when visiting with kids. It sits alongside the Eden Project (21.5 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (26.5 miles) in Cornwall’s long list of family-friendly attractions.
