Sleeping up to eight guests, it pairs crisp contemporary architecture with a warm, comfort-led feel, thanks to high vaulted ceilings, expansive sliding glass doors and cosy gas-fired underfloor heating throughout. Finished with exceptional attention to detail, the property uses high-quality materials, appliances and smart technology to create a stay that feels both stylish and seamless.

Facilities
High-quality bed linen and towels are provided at all Pure Cornwall properties. Where a cot is supplied, guests are kindly asked to bring their own cot bedding.
Downstairs
- The master bedroom features a four poster king-sized bed, two large built-in wardrobes, sliding doors out to the garden, and an ensuite with freestanding shower.
- Family bathroom with freestanding bath, WC and heated towel rail.
- Bedroom three has a double bed, and fitted wardrobe.
- Bedroom four is a twin with a fitted wardrobe.
Upstairs
- Bedroom two is a king size, features a fitted wardrobe, has its own ensuite with freestanding shower.
- The open-plan living area features a gas fireplace, two sofas, armchair, and a smartTV (complete with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video) and a Sonos soundbar.
- The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar area with two stools. There’s a built-in Quooker hot tap, induction hob, dishwasher, and Quartz worktop. There’s a Nespresso pod coffee machine and a Dualit toaster.
- The dining table can seat up to 8, with 6 chairs.
- WC.
- The utility cupboard has a washing machine/dryer and a Dyson Cordless Vacuum.

- Two south-facing sun terraces at the back of the property, garden sofa, chairs and BBQ.

Mawgan Porth is the perfect location to relax, boasting acres of soft golden sand for all age groups to enjoy and just 100m from The Shore. In contrast to the huge, rugged north Cornwall cliffs, this award-winning west-facing beach is brilliant for sandcastles, but also rewards you with spectacular all-year-round sunsets, rock pooling, body boarding and beach walking. You cannot find a more select, peaceful choice for your holiday than here, so let yourself unwind.
If you are a nature lover, there are wonderfully scenic walks along the cliff tops here, jewelled in summer with sea pinks and gorse. The cliff geology provides a dramatic backdrop to the gentle flat of the bay, dominated by rugged rocks.
Mawgan Porth is a mere 4 miles from Newquay, and not far from Padstow so you’re in a great location to explore what Cornwall has to offer.
Renowned for its beaches, Newquay’s are amazingly clean, and generally dotted with surfers (it is a surfing mecca). The key beaches, Towan, Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Great Western, are all pretty sheltered and safe for swimming, too. The surfing is unmatched – Fistral Beach offers a world-class surfing experience. Nearby Watergate Bay is perfect for kitesurfing and windsurfing, or try your hand at kayaking, coasteering, surf rafting and plenty of other adrenaline sports. A trip to Pollyjoke Beach is well worth a walk. Off the beaten track, it is a beautiful little cove set away from the main activity of Newquay. In spring, the beach is overlooked by dramatic huge fields of red poppies.
Newquay is set within a beautiful area of countryside with plenty of walks. Along with the South West Coast Path, if you want some peaceful beauty then why not opt to visit the bonsai, pagodas and ponds of The Japanese Garden? Trenance Gardens form another fine option for a day away from the beach.
An attraction for families is Newquay Zoo, set in over ten acres of sub-tropical lakeside gardens and home to many endangered species. The Blue Reef Aquarium with its shark tunnel is also a fab outing for a rainy day. Or you may fancy a special spa day, we recommend heading to Fistral Spa and Headland Spa.
Newquay is also a foodie’s paradise with a plethora of fun places to try.
