8 Salt is a luxury second-storey apartment designed for laid-back, high-end living, with contemporary interiors, soothing coastal tones and a wonderful sense of light and space. Arranged across a single level, it offers an easy flow throughout and sleeps up to six guests in three stylish bedrooms, each with thoughtful features for comfort and flexibility.

Facilities
High-quality bed linen and towels are provided at all Pure Cornwall properties. Where a cot is supplied, guests are kindly asked to bring their own cot bedding.
Inside
- Large open-plan living area.The living space features two comfortable sofas, a 55″ Apple TV with Blu-ray DVD, and a Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air sound system.
- The kitchen offers modern appliances, including a full suite of integrated appliances; there’s an oven and grill, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, filter coffee machine, wine fridge and Moulinex Waffle & Sandwich maker.
- The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, large wardrobe, armchair, 39” TV with Blu-ray DVD, and expansive sea views with glass-fronted Juliet balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, his and her wash basins and WC.
- Bedroom two features a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an armchair. There’s an en-suite shower room, and patio doors opening onto balcony.
- Bedroom three features a zip-and-link (set as a super-king or twins), there’s a chest of drawers, and patio doors leading to the balcony
- The family bathroom features a bath with shower over, wash basin, and WC.
- The utility room houses a washer/dryer and stores an electric BBQ for use on the balcony.
Outside
- Two sea-view balconies; one furnished with a dining set for six, the other balcony is glass-fronted with four chairs and two tables.
- Two private parking spaces are provided behind electric security gates. One is undercover.
- Shared outdoor shower and locked storage area to hang wetsuits and store beach equipment.
- Guests receive four complimentary passes to the St Ives Harbour Spa, including discounts on treatments.

Activities
St Ives is located in West Cornwall. There is plenty to do in St Ives and it is a fantastic location if you plan on exploring a little further afield too.
For beach lovers, there are plenty to choose from… Porthmeor Beach, Porthgwidden Beach, Godrevy, Porthkidney Beach or Carbis Bay to name but a few. Families and couples will enjoy relaxing on the sand or playing in the water. St Ives Surf School offers sessions for surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding and coasteering. All great fun! If you prefer to stay a little drier though, St Ives Boat Trips run sea-life safaris to see the local dolphins and seals!
One of St Ives most well-known attractions is the Tate St Ives, which is one of only four Tate galleries in the UK and is a haven for lovers of modern art. Artists praise St Ives for its beautiful light and it has inspired many pieces.
The cobbled streets of St Ives are home to many shops, galleries and cafes and most businesses are small independents or artisans. Check out Cornwall Soapbox for handmade soaps and aromatherapy products made in Cornwall!
When visiting St Ives, there are many bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. Porthminster Kitchen regularly receives great reviews and has a strong focus on fresh local food or head to Blas Burgerworks for a tasty handcrafted burger using ingredients sourced from the area.
St Ives sits at the bottom of the A30, so if you are looking to explore more of the Cornwall coast, then this is a great base and you can book ferries for day trips to the Scilly Isles from Penzance (only a 20 minute drive away).
