Each boasts its own enclosed garden with patio and has a countryside backdrop. With oak floors and furniture, and TVs in all bedrooms, these holiday cottages have a contemporary feel but with the charm and style of a cottage. Just 2 miles from the market of Camelford with its shops and pubs and just a few miles from the north coast, these cottages are ideally situated to visit Bude, Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur or Port Isaac, where the TV series Doc Martin is filmed. Visit Padstow, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, and Newquay with its famous surfing beaches and zoo, or go inland to Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project and also the many gardens of the south coast. Shops 2 miles, pub 1½ miles.

Sat nav took me the wrong way but jane was on the end of the phone to help. (We three words would help) Place was clean and comfortable with a welcome hamper thank you.Parking great 👍 organised a food delivery from tescos arrived no concerns.Secure garden and seating in garden.Field out the back for dogs bonus 🙌 Washing machine dishwasher log burner ,wooden floors ,bedding and towels provided. We used this as a base and went out every day close enough to visit Padstow Boscastle truro port issac Wadebridge tintagel bude newquay and bodmin.Great cottage lovely stay Thank you 😊

We stayed for two weeks in April. Home Park Cottage was an excellent stay. It was very clean, well-equipped, a great location in Helstone close to our favourite spots like Tintagel, Boscastle, Bude and Wadebridge. Parking was very convenient, off-street in front of the cottage. The welcome package was a great added touch. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Cornwall.

Lovely cottage very spacious, for us four adults and one dog.Garden was really safe for my very inquisitive springer spaniel so 10 out of 10 for that. There is also a field at back of the garden to exercise the dog, unfortunately too many rabbits in residence to let mine run free but as we were out all day everyday the garden was more than enough for her.Kitchen was well equipped and everything we used was clean, only thing we found missing was some oven gloves (a radio would have also been a welcome) otherwise perfect with a large fridge and freezer.Lounge area was comfy could have done with a few extra cushions and being really picky a couple of throws.Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Really handy hooks on the back of the doors.Bathrooms and downstairs toilet were clean and equipped with soap and toilet rolls, showers were good and water always hot.The cottage warmed up well once the heating was on.Thanks for the welcome basket, we loved the cornish tea and even bought a couple of boxes to take home.

A beautiful cottage that we shall want to visit again someday. The owner was lovely and had left a thoughtful welcome basket in the kitchen for us. The cottage itself was very clean and spacious (well, there were just two us plus our two chihuahuas) and could easily accommodate a family of six plus a pet or two. You’re not too far from a Co-Op plus, if you feel the urge, the marvellous Peckish Fish & Chip shop both of which are a five minute drive away in Camelford. Also, and very importantly, it made an ideal base to visit some locations we hadn’t been to before. We really loved Port Issac which is a very short distance away.We all had a brilliant time in early March and even the sun came out for the important days of our visit i.e when it was my wife’s birthday.Highly, highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage, first family holiday with our 1 year old & it was perfect! Spacious so she could walk around and wander! Enjoyed every minute of this cottage. Good location to get to many places around Cornwall to explore.

We had a very relaxing week in Cottage B. The facilities were very good, probably the best shower we’ve ever had in a holiday cottage. The location is good for exploring both north and south coastal areas. The field to the rear of the property was very handy for a quick dog walk before going out for the day and again in the evening. We enjoyed the wood burner but some instructions might have been useful. Our only issue was the weather but that’s out of everyone’s control! We would certainly consider booking again.
