About

Seaside Cottage is an endearing cottage resting within the seaside town of Portreath. An elegantly presented property, it offers a wonderful base for a couple or family seeking a traditional coastal getaway within one of the most picturesque locations in Cornwall.

Ideally positioned, Seaside Cottage is just 100m from the beach and sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms. Boasting minimalist elegance, alongside an abundance of home comforts you’ll find little luxuries such as a private courtyard area, an outdoor shower which is perfect for a post-surf wash off and an upper terrace – an idyllic sport to soak up the stunning view of Portreath Beach and Gul Rock.

The cottage features a well-equipped contemporary kitchen which leads onto the courtyard, where you can dine al fresco or fire up the BBQ. There’s also a large dining table, comfortably seating six and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is kitted out to a high specification with integrated oven, microwave, fridge freezer and wine cooler, alongside a wall-mounted Smart TV.

In the light-filled lounge there are two sumptuous sofas and a plush armchair to relax on, a traditional fireplace with log burner for cosy nights in, and Smart TV and Sonos Sound System to enjoy.

Upstairs you’ll find three well-presented bedrooms all benefitting from Cornwall’s gorgeous natural light. The bedrooms comprise of two doubles and one smaller double, perfect for a family of up to six. The master bedroom boasts a modern ensuite with walk-in shower. On this floor there’s also a bright and contemporary family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Seaside Cottage also has its own private parking space right outside the property. You’re well situated to explore the breath taking South West Coast Path, leading to two stunning beaches; Gwithian which is famous for its seal watching and surfing, or in the opposite direction Porthtowan, where its glorious sunsets are just as popular as its local ice-cream.
